Run Club takes place twice a week in the mornings each term before school and welcomes students of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Endurance Session: Students run 4–6 km, exploring local landmarks such as Cooks River, Burwood Park, and Cintra Park.
Interval Session: High-intensity interval training at a nearby park, with rest breaks between efforts.
The group is accompanied by accredited, passionate, and knowledgeable athletic coaches who help students take their fitness to the next level.
