CLUBS
The Chess Club is an opportunity for interested girls to learn more strategies and tactics in chess and to compete against other students and schools.
Chess Club is for Year 7 – 12 students of all levels. Assistance is available to learn the moves. Chess Club is also the place to develop strategies and skills for competitive matches.
In Term 3, students have the opportunity to enter the IGSA Chess Challenge, with extra sessions and training for interested students starting in Term 2.
Membership: Years 7–12
Cost: Nil
When: Terms 1-4, Friday lunchtime
