Located in the JD Oates Aquatic Centre (entrance next to the pool gates), the Fitness Centre is your hub for fitness, health, and performance. Whether you’re aiming to get stronger, improve athletic performance, or simply learn more about exercise and wellbeing, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Our highly qualified staff, all with backgrounds in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning, provide expert guidance in safe training, performance development, and medical-led rehab programs.

Our programs are tailored for all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
6:00–8:00 am (Mon–Fri)
12:30–1:20 pm (Mon–Fri)
3:05–5:30 pm (Mon–Fri)

Holiday Periods: Reduced timetable applies; hours may differ from term schedule.
Dress Code:
PLC Sydney Sport uniform only (no school uniforms or casual wear).
Change Rooms:
Located outside, below the gym and available before and after workouts.
Food & Drink:
No food in the Fitness Centre.
Bring a small towel for hygiene.
Refill drink bottles at the new water dispenser.
Medical-Led Rehab Programs:
All injury rehabilitation or tailored programs must be approved and guided by medical staff in consultation with the Fitness Centre team.
Important: Athletes will not be permitted to train unless documentation from a medical practitioner is provided.
Respect & Safety:
Always follow staff instructions.
Use equipment safely and wipe down after use.
Report damaged equipment immediately to staff.
Strength & Conditioning Programs: For sport-specific performance and general fitness.
Medical-Led Rehab Programs: Injury rehabilitation and tailored training under professional guidance.
Group Classes & Workshops: Updated each term — check this website for the latest schedule.
Performance Analysis: Optional assessments to track improvements in strength, speed, and agility.
Staff are available to help design programs, supervise sessions, and provide one-on-one advice.
