Football
PLC Sydney offers an IPSHA Football season for Junior School students (Term 1). Senior School students are provided the opportunity to compete in the IGSA Football season (Terms 2 & 3).
Throughout Terms 1-3, PLC Sydney also participates in the NSW Combined Independent Schools Football Cup which is a knockout tournament for the top 16 players within the Senior School (Years 7-12).

Junior School (IPSHA) Overview
Membership: Years 3–6
Cost: $135 per term
When: Term 1
Trials: Term 1
Training: A weekday after school.
Game Day:
Saturdays, 1-2 hours between 8.00 am and 12.00 pm, various venues around Sydney.
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to game start time
Uniform: Available from the Glencourse Uniform Shop
PLC Sydney black shorts
PLC Sydney PE shirt
PLC Sydney black football socks
PLC Sydney visor or cap*
Football boots (must be suitable for both grass and astroturf)
PLC Sydney tracksuit (optional)*
Hair must be tied back off the face
No jewellery is to be worn
*The PLC Sydney tracksuit may be worn to and from the venue. The grey zip-up sports top may be worn on Saturdays, but only underneath the school tracksuit. PLC Sydney caps may not be worn during Saturday games due to safety reasons. The soft brim hat can be worn during Saturday games.

Mouthguard (recommended)
Drink bottle
Sunscreen

Senior School (IGSA) Overview
Membership: Years 7–12
Cost: $215 per term
When: Term 2 (IGSA Championship season) and Term 3 (IGSA Invitational season). Both terms are open to all students
Trials: Term 1 and Term 2
Training: 1-2 weekdays before or after school.
Game Day:
Saturdays, 1-1.5 hours between 8.00 am and 12.00 pm, various venues around Sydney.
If a Frensham team is in your draw, you will have only one weekend where you will be required to travel to Mittagong. Any Frensham team who makes the semi-finals or final will travel to Sydney for these.
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the game start time
Sign in via team sheet, at the convenor's desk, upon arrival. To be eligible to play semis/finals, students must have played at least three games (signed on).
