Diving
PLC Sydney provides dive lessons to PLC Sydney and external students and caters for beginners through to advanced divers during school term and school holidays. Classes are held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
PLC Sydney Diving Club is affiliated with NSW Diving and Diving Australia. Divers may register as recreational or competitive divers enabling sanctioned competition at regional, state, national and international level.
PLC Sydney Hamilton and Senior Swimming and Diving Carnivals are in Term 1. From this, students are selected to compete in IPSHA and IGSA Swimming and Diving Carnivals.

Overview
Membership: Years 3–12 (and Year 2 students via selection). Divers not already affiliated with a diving club are encouraged to become part of the PLC Sydney Diving Club, please contact Mrs Olsson.
Cost: Dive lessons, entry to the pool and transport costs are determined on a term by term basis.
Lessons - Term fees are worked out on the scheduled number of lessons per term at $39 per lesson and $32.50 per lesson for beginner divers. Payment can be made via Direct Debit, Credit Card or billed to students' school fees account.
When: Terms 1–4
Training: Transport is available for students traveling to Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre (SOPAC) every day except Saturdays.

Term 1 Dates - Wednesday 31 January - Friday 12 April
Term 2 Dates - Tuesday 30 April - Thursday 27 June
Term 3 dates - Thursday 23 July - Thursday 26 September
Term 4 dates - Tuesday 15 October - Saturday 30 November
Lesson times are as follows:
Monday, Thursday afternoon 5.30 - 7.30 pm (transport to Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is available)
Tuesday afternoons 5.30 - 7.45 pm (competitive divers only, transport to Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is available)
Saturday afternoon 12.30 - 2.00 pm Junior School Beginner Divers
Saturday afternoon 12.30 - 2.30 pm Junior School Competitive Divers
Saturday afternoon 2.00 - 4.00 pm Senior School Competitive Divers
Please select the sessions ie days that you wish your child to attend, complete the Enrolment form below and submit along with your payment.
Fees: Enrolment fees charged through tuition and usage of the pool are modest and intended to cover lesson expenses. No commercial gain is achieved through these activities. Fees can be paid via credit card or charged to your PLC Sydney account.
